The RSC Lab is a 7,000 sq. ft. indoor space controlled and operated by the Rosevelt Soccer Club.
Located on the Gorham-Westbrook line on Route 25, this indoor space is outfitted with high-quality indoor turf and netting to provide all-weather, year-round athletic and fitness programming suitable for individualized and small-group use.
The club will primarily use the space for small-group and individualized programming that complements its team-based programming (see below right), but the space is also available for hourly-based rent by third-party groups and organizations (see below left).
Indoor Space Rentals
Our 7,000 sq. ft. indoor space outfitted with high-quality turf and netting is available for rent on an hourly basis by groups and organizations looking for all-weather, year-round athletic and fitness programming for individual and small-group use.
The rental rate is $60/hour for the full space, and inquiries can be sent to roseveltsoccer@gmail.com.
RSC Lab (Fall 2026)
The Rosevelt Soccer Club will be hosting its inaugural RSC Lab sessions from October 26-December 13 for players ages 5-18.
Registration is open to the general public, and participation in these small-group sessions will be determined by a first-register, first-play basis.
